Delete account
This is how you delete your LYAA World account (by Kassra Taheri, Taheri Create) with your character and all game data. Deleting is final and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open the settings (gear at the top right) and tap “Delete account…” at the very bottom. Enter your password and tap “Delete for good”.
If you have no character yet, “Delete account…” is behind the account icon at the top right.
In the browser
Without the app, you can do it right here: enter your user name and your password, tick the box and tap “Delete my account for good”.
By email
Can’t get into your account any more? Write from your account’s email address to info@lyaa.ai, subject “Delete account”, with your user name. We delete the account within 30 days and let you know when it is done.
What is deleted
- your account: name, password and email address
- your inhabitant with house, plot, pockets, pet, collection and guild jobs
- friendships, memories, invitations and what the village wrote about you
- notifications on all your devices and “stay signed in”
In the app and in the browser this happens right away. The village stays for the others. If you founded it, whoever has lived there longest takes over. Details and time limits are in our privacy policy.
